Immerse yourself and advance in your Yoga practice in small groups of 3 to 7 people;in our yoga room in La Latina in the morning and afternoon. Marta will guide you in classes with attention;care and good humor. In the room you will find other people with whom you can share your yoga practice in a friendly;cared for and safe environment with all the material you need to exercise your body and mind.
