At Arhanta Yoga;we strive to maintain the authenticity of the tradition and teachings of Swami Sivananda (1887-1963). His teachings have been passed to Ram Jain in the traditional ‘Gurukula system’ since the age of eight years. We now pass these teachings to our students in a non-sectarian manner with a scientific approach.
