Casa El Riego is an old stone house which was built at the end of the 19th century and is located on an organic finca close to the rural town of Güímar on the untouristy east side of the island of Tenerife. This is a place where people of all ages and cultures come together to connect with themselves;nature and other like minded people. They offer regular Yoga and Qi Gong classes on their roof terrace with spectacular 360° views of the mountains and the sea.
