Free Spirit is the UK’s first ever provider of yoga holidays. They work in partnership with our teachers so that you can combine your yoga practice with a holiday, vegetarian food wherever possible, in unspoilt destinations away from the normal holiday locations. It's a great opportunity to unwind and relax, and to work on your yoga practice. Please note that these are mainly dedicated yoga venues and vary enormously in what they offer.
