EnergiZen is a yoga center offering Yoga Teacher Training 200, Yoga for veterans and classes through in person and online sessions. This yoga class is about learning to be present in a safe space and discovering the magic of reconnecting body, mind and breath. Each posture and physical movement can be adapted to physical limitations and disabilities. Students are encouraged to just start where they are and do what they can. It also provide space for events and retreats.
