O.Sel.Ling offers SPC opportunities for Buddhism and meditation courses and individual retreats. They provide cottages for experienced meditators, including food. Following Lama Zopa Rinpoche's advice, FPMT artist Peter Griffin has been asked to decorate the Monastery's door frame and altar in the Gompa.
