Guringai Yoga Shala

Guringai Yoga Shala, a traditional and authentic classical yoga school, has closed and classes are now taught face-to-face at ONESPACECOLLECTIVE in Mona Vale. The school welcomes individuals to explore themselves, energise their bodies, and expand their minds. The community values natural fibers and vibrant colors, and emphasizes breath, Yogic philosophy, chanting, mindfulness, and personal growth. The school is well-trained, practicing Yoga from personal experience, and is grateful for the trust of its students.
