Lakshmi Rising is a modern Yoga Alliance Registered School founded by Dr. Liz Lindh, offering 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses and retreats in Portugal, Italy, Europe, and Costa Rica. With over 25 years of experience and over 1,200 certified students, Lakshmi Rising is one of the oldest modern yoga educational institutions serving Costa Rica, Europe, Italy, and Portugal. The school offers 21-day in-person and 14-day hybrid yoga teacher training certification immersions in Costa Rica, Portugal, and Italy, Europe. The 200-hour Foundational yoga teacher training (RYT200) and 300-hour Advanced yoga teacher trainings (RYT500) intensives have been serving the global yoga community since 2014, providing high-quality professional development, deep personal enrichment, and transformational experiences. The training equips students with skills for both aspiring teachers and those looking to deepen their practice without teaching.
