Holman Health Connections is a wellness, yoga, hiking, meditation, and healing retreat company based in Everett, WA. Since 2000, the founder, Roy, has led over 100 retreats in various locations, including Washington, Sedona, Montana, Hawaii, Bali, Peru, Guatemala, México, and Costa Rica. Roy is certified in viniyoga, a body-friendly, gentle, breath-connected, meditative yoga that cleanses the body temple and invites the presence of the Holy Spirit.
