The Yoga Space

The Yoga Space, established in 2004, focuses on providing authentic, excellent yoga instruction for personal well-being. Starting on March 15th, they will be offering classes in Horsforth, with livestreaming of Nichi's classes. The studio offers workshops with international and UK visiting teachers, holidays, and Yoga Teacher Training. Private tuition is available at the studio, workplace, or home. The studio has trained with numerous teachers, including Brian Cooper, Pattabhi Jois, Sharath Jois, Manju, B.K.S Iyengar, Shiva Rea, Sharon and David Gannon, and Krishnamacharya. The studio also launched an online channel in October 2020, hosting over 327 classes of all styles of yoga. The channel represents the studio's ethos of authentic, no-fuss yoga delivered by excellent teachers.
