We are a therapy centre based in the heart of Leigh-on-sea, offering psychological and complementary therapies for all ages. We have created a space that recognises the importance of the mind-body connection, delivered by professionals highly experienced in their respective fields. We offer a range of talking therapies, body work and complementary therapies.
