Charisma Retreats dance wellness and fitness. Having both our love and passion for dance and the arts in common, we decided to combine our long experience as dance teachers, dancers, and creative dance coaches by organizing experiential seminars – workshops – classes in dance, movement and creative expression in from the arts. We each use a different way of approach, but having in common dance and expression. So we want to give the opportunity to those who participate in our actions for this improvement and personal development through the arts.
