Welcome to our community of instructors & students in Hawaii's Big Island. We offer a variety of class offerings that will keep your inner light shining. We welcome you to our studio located in Kailua-Kona. We are the Big Island’s only independent traditional yoga & hot yoga studio featuring infrared heaters that not only make you sweat, but will heal every cell in your body, which boosts your immunities quicker and stabilizes your blood sugar levels more consistently.
