Askham Hall has been in our family since 1724 and is now home to Allium;our Michelin-starred restaurant. It holds many happy memories for us;is very special to us and we’d like to share it with you. We invite you to make it your own;whether it’s for your time dining with us;for a night;for your wedding or while you take it over exclusively for your own celebration or event. Everything here;as with all our places at CIEL HOTELS;centres around food and pleasure and we’re extremely proud of Allium which is meticulously led by our Head Chef Richard Swale and our ‘Maitre de Maison’ Nico Chieze.
