Awaken Retreat exists with the knowledge that we have all experienced hurt in our life. Subconsciously, our hurt perpetuates more hurt. Yet it doesn’t have to be this way. Because of the renewal we have through Jesus, we can live into our freedom that have received from Him. When we take time to exchange our hurt for freedom, it creates a ripple effect to the people around us. Hurt people will hurt others, but we also believe that people who are free will bring others along in their freedom. Where in your life do you need freedom?
