Hot Yoga Academy, founded over eight years ago in Barcelona, Spain, offers hot yoga teacher trainings in English and Spanish. The academy has taught over 200 students in 50 countries worldwide, focusing on mental, physical, and spiritual growth. The academy also provides corporate services in the Catalonia region. The mission of Hot Yoga Academy is to help individuals elevate their ideas into successful careers by sharing experiences and having mentors. The academy believes that everyone needs help down the road, and everyone can benefit from the community of like-minded individuals based on the 8 limbs path of yoga and the yoga sutras.
