Love All Ways Yoga are a Mother & daughter Yogini team ~ Sandra & Sofia Barnes. Together they create & offer an array of classes, workshops, ceremonies & retreats. Both can be found sharing these at Yoga festivals & shows across the UK as well as hosting international immersive 'YogaVentures'. Tuning in to earths rhythms & our own elemental, cyclical nature lies at the center of their work, with the aim to bring you home to your inner beloved. They love to invite an exploration of creative expression & playfulness into the body, as it allows us to sense into the freedom life holds. Weaving in sound baths & the power of vibrational medicine to all their offerings to ground & soothe you.
