The hostel also offers rewild workouts, designed to strengthen the body in the fresh mountain air. The Jasper East Hostel offers nature rooms with EMF-free accommodations, Obasan Organic Beds, and Circadian Lighting. The hostel is designed to strengthen and support human capabilities, including body, mind, and spirit. Off-site experiences include Helicopter Cold Plunge Sauna and Winter Snowshoeing, as well as exploring the full spectrum of Jasper National Park, including William A Switzer National Park, Ogre Canyon, Hot Springs, Jasper Lake, Edith Cavell, Maligne Lake, and Hidden Valley.
