Here at ookushana, we are devoted to supporting the healing and awakening of humanity! ​We are a Healing & Wellness Collective, as well as a school of healing. ​ We offer online events & courses, as well as in-person offerings and training. We also have a bricks-and-mortar space in Leeds, West Yorkshire - home to a tribe of incredible healers, teachers & lightworkers. ​ We offer a variety of healing modalities, including Reiki, Sound, Movement & Breathwork, including 1:1 therapies, group healing events & training courses - in both ancient & modern practices to support the holistic healing of the body, mind and spirit.
