Prar Vida Studio offers weekly yoga classes for all levels, aerial pop-up classes, and series increments for adults, youth, and level 1 & up. Private lessons are available for all ages and skill levels. Additionally, they offer unique aerial and yoga retreats in serene locations for tranquility and rejuvenation. Participants aged 9 and under are only eligible for private lessons.
