St. Raphaela Center provides a peaceful‚ welcoming atmosphere for all who are looking for a place and a time for God. Grounded in hospitality and Ignatian spirituality, we welcome individuals and retreat groups to rest, heal, grow and be nourished. The Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and staff of St. Raphaela Center have a long-standing tradition of opening their home to retreatants seeking rest, prayer, and something “more.” Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, we desire to provide a space of encounter for both human and spiritual growth, wholeness, and healing. Our mission is to extend a warm welcome to people of all religious traditions and to facilitate prayer and a deep spiritual encounter by accompanying them in their search for God and for meaning in their lives.
