Soltara is a Shipibo-led, trauma-informed ayahuasca center on a mission to expand the definition of healing and help people become fully embodied working with the Amazonian plant medicine – before, during and after their retreat. We have retreats in Costa Rica and offer retreats that range from 5, 7 and 12-night experiences.
