The Natural Yogi is an international yoga community in Madrid, with teachers & students from all over the world. Their approach to yoga is inclusive & accessible. They strive to honour the roots of yoga as best they can, while adapting the practice where needed to accomodate for our modern lives. They share breath-led Vinyasa Flow Yoga, sometimes combined with Yoga Nidra or Restorative Yoga as well as Ashtanga Yoga.
